**A page of 'credits' is NOT acceptable. My designs must be credited on
the actual page/s of use along with my LOGO. This is NOT negotiable. Please refer your links to:

**You may NOT alter, change, colorize, resize, or modify any of my images without my specific written permission.
Non adherence to these terms could result in your being asked to remove my set/s and NO REFUND will be given.
**You may NOT break up my sets. Everything on my sets is for that particular set only. They are NOT to be combined with
any other sets, or used for a page containing graphics created by someone else.
**You may NOT use my Linkware on Commercial sites. However use is permitted for Exclusive Purchaseware Designs.
**Should you purchase a set/s, you must supply me with the URL on which the set/s will be used, be it a Personal or Business site, this is NOT negotiable.
**My sets may NOT be used on adult content sites, as well as any site promoting child abuse, hate, bigotry, racism,
animal abuse, pornography, and/or illegal activities.
**Business Templates/Auction Templates**
I will NOT be offering "exclusive license's", in most cases, for these templates. A link back to my site is MANDATORY on every page on which the template is used,
also, the URL for the site that the template will be used on MUST be provided, this is NOT negotiable.
**Please upload the images to your own server or directory. Do not link directly to the graphics on this site, as that is
bandwidth theft and is illegal.
**Please Note
Should you purchase one of my sets or Printables, or templates I do not offer tutoring. I do not set up the pages for you as time constraints
do not afford me the oportunity to do so. Do to the nature of graphic design NO REFUNDS apply.
You Are Licensed for Use of the sets Only. The set shall Always remain the Property of Ultimate Design Studio. I thank you for your understanding.
